• Currently, we accept payment through CIMB or Maybank. Make payment through our CIMB or Maybank accounts. Please see 'Payment'.
• We reserve the rights to extend our pre-order date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier.
• Refund will only be making if the items is out of stock more than 3 weeks. There will be no refund for incorrect orders and for cancellations.
• 100% full payment must be made before we deliver. Strictly NO cancellation after payment made. Money will not be refund to cancel order customers.
• Buyers have to bear all postage fee. Peninsular Malaysia RM10, Sabah and Sarawak RM15.
• Goods sold are not returnable/ exchangable.
• Goods sold are new and in good condition. We will not held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.

• The items will be shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmed.
